I stayed at Hotel Vista for a week in July '14. The hotel is located halfway on a hill between the seaside and the church, making it easy to access the marina, beach, and the top of the hill. The room was spacious and could easily accommodate three people. We could hear live music playing from the next-door restaurant/bar, which I enjoyed as the songs were entertaining. The staff at Vista were nice and provided friendly service. The hotel has beautiful vistas of the coast and the city, away from the hustle and bustle of newer resorts. It is only a 5-10 minute walk from the city beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good variety and fresh ingredients. The rooms had a cozy and contemporary decor with air conditioning. Vista is also a good base for day trips to Rovinj, Lim canal national park, Slovenia, and the Italian coast. It is also a great starting point for one-day bicycle trips to wineries and medieval towns in the inland. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Vista.
I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The view from the hotel room was beautiful and it was great to be able to wake up and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to our positive experience.
The noise from nearby street traffic was very noticeable, making it difficult to sleep at night. the lack of on-site parking meant that we had to park off-site which was inconvenient.
